This text presents a review of the book "Cultural History of the Press - Today - 1980-2010," by researcher Marialva Barbosa. Published in 2024 by Mauad, the work traces a historical panorama of the contemporary Brazilian press, subtly divided into two parts. The first, "Memoirs," addresses the interior, and the second, "Memoirs," the exterior, capturing the author's proximity and distance to the events and stories told in a subtle and captivating narrative about the paths taken by the Brazilian press over thirty years.
