Vol. 48 (2025)

The new issue (No. 48/2025) of Intercom Journal - Brazilian Journal of Communication Sciences is now online. The journal is a publication of the Brazilian Society of Interdisciplinary Studies in Communication (Intercom). The journal publishes articles on a continuous basis.

To ensure its qualification as a journal, and to meet the requirements for entry and permanence in the database of indexers such as Scielo and Latindex, among others, Intercom Journal has a qualified and diverse Editorial Board, in terms of geography and gender. In addition, it has rigorous evaluation and editorial processes, prioritizing good practices and ethics in scientific research.

The abbreviated title of the journal, which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic captions, is Intercom.
